1. Engage in developing the policies, systems and activities of the department; Communicate and feedback the corresponding needs and suggestions of franchisees within the responsible region, and promote their implementation; 

2. Achieve sales objectives and payment in the responsible region; 

3. Complete various sales reports within the business scope, collect and analyze sales data in the responsible region, develop and supervise improvement strategies for related problems; 

4. Complete the related work such as opening, building, relocating and withdrawing franchising stores in the responsible region; 

5. Guide the preparatory work such as decoration, training and supervision before the opening of new stores; 

6. Deal with store violations in the responsible region, put forward rectification plans, and follow up and implement them after approval; 

7. Handle customer complaints; Maintain channel stability, visit key customers of every channel regularly or irregularly, and understand and deal with problems in time; 

8. Take charge of guidance, training and supervision of the operation and management of stores in the responsible region; 

9. Timely report the sales status and market status of franchising stores, and develop promotion schemes; 

10. Regularly guide the stores in the responsible region to conduct commodity analysis, and report the commodity feedback information to relevant departments;
